Music works
People always ask what motivates me so here it is…MUSIC! To keep my instructing fresh I must keep my music fresh. I also change my playlists for my personal workouts all the time. Sometimes I’ll use the shuffle function and let the music decide on the type of workout I’m going to do. For example if a very fast song comes on I’ll hop on the treadmill, then I’ll hop off when the song is over and do something else depending on the tempo and feel of the song. It’s like playing workout roulette…and it keeps you on your toes!
